VISITORS could find themselves truly spellbound by the latest offering in Lytchett Minster.

This is because witch Sandy Cristel officially opens her new shop and healing centre at the village’s Courtyard Centre tomorrow.

Sandy, who describes herself as a traditional witch, will be on hand to offer a range of alternative services, including tailor-made spells, alternative healing and readings.

“Being a traditional witch, I embrace and utilise the natural forces of the universe, ensuring a balance and equilibrium in my work,” explained Sandy.

She is confident her therapies can complement mainstream treatments for a range of ailments and problems Sandy, who uses traditional methods of healing passed down through her family, has also studied Shamanic Ama Deus and Kundelini Reiki healing.

And her shop boasts a range of witchy curios and unique gifts for those looking for something out of the ordinary.

Sandy said: “I have been a witch all my life and it is about time that we came out of the shadows and shared some of our knowledge.

“The difference between my path and a wiccan ‘white’ witch is that I do not believe that energy or life can be sustained on only positive energy.

“Nature and the universe itself does not and cannot even exist this way,” she added.

“Negative energy is not always bad nor harmful, it is simply necessary – there has to be balance.”

Sandy says she never casts the same spell twice – instead tailoring everything to the specific individual.

She insisted: “You should not feel guilty for asking the universe for help.

“The energy is all around us and is there for us to tap into it to enrich our lives and help to mold our future on the path we desire.”

Welcome to “Sandy Cristel – The Wytch of Lytchett” where I will be able to provide healing, courses, workshops, readings and my beloved can run the shop half.  It is all so perfect and all so very exciting!!!  The shop is located at The Courtyard Craft Centre in Lytchett.  Entrance is free, the courtyard is open 7 days a week, however, most of the shops are closed on a Monday apart from the Pet Centre, The Cafe and the Pottery place.

We have been working our behinds off the last couple of weeks painting, glossing, laying the floor and now we are currently building up the units.

We are actually hoping to quietly open this weekend – if all goes to plan and we don’t burn out, that is … but the official opening will most likely be middle of July when things calm down a bit and we have everything set up exactly how we want it.

I took this photo last week of the Market Stall and I am really surprised at just how much it has developed from when we first started.  Isn’t it looking a treat now but I am wondering just how much BETTER it is going to be in the future – it’s all exciting stuff!

Big thank you goes out to my fellow market traders at Wimborne Hall 3, whom are wonderfully supportive and really look out for me … all your advice and knowledge is so valuable and I appreciate and love you all for your kindness.

You might like to see the new additions to my stall……Hand made Stab Dolls and Wish Angels, spell kits, mojo bags and my latest little idea was Chakra Balancing Pouches.  I love adding a bit of “me” to the stall.  Makes it unique and interesting.  I will be putting these up on my website eventually – I am not sure what happened lately but there seems to be some hours missing in the day now…. 

At last! Our new exciting business venture is now underway.  My beloved and I have been working really hard in finding quality exotic witchy items to sell on our Market Stall.  We think we have almost cracked it!  The launch was brilliant!

The big dream catcher (in the photo) was sold right after we had finished arranging the table – I have to admit I had my beady eye on that for myself!  So, time to order a few more of those!  I only ordered one to start with as I was unsure what people were interested in.   I also did a few Oracle readings, sold some of my own spell kits and mojo bags and continously fought off a frenzy of customers for my peacock feathers – and no, they are not unlucky at all – where do people get that notion from? Is it a Christian thing or something?  In India they are considered as wealth and prosperity – and as I have a houseful of the things, I have to say I haven’t felt the least bit unlucky at all! In fact, I am feeling truly blessed at this time in my life!

Our first market day was at the Sunday Wimborne Market, then Swanage and then Dorchester – the response has been really positive.  I have to say my fellow market traders are absolute darlings – it is so refreshing to work with people who work for themselves.  I also love the chatter, the banter and the interaction with the public, exhausting as it is, I go home smiling and happy.

On an end note, I have adjusted my prices on my website for healing, readings and spell kits. They are now considerably lower than previously. Whilst I was living in Germany I was not totally aware of the dire financial crisis in the UK… until I moved back.  It is truly heartbreaking what has happened and is happening to this Country – however don’t get me started on Politics – it is just such a shock how much you notice after living abroad for over a decade. *shakes head in disbelief*.

This is so beautiful and something that I have personally believed in all my life, I didn’t even realise that many people believed the same, or that it even had a name.  I had this info sent to me from a friend and I have no idea where it originates from – if you are the writer of this info or part of it, please let me know and I will be more than happy to credit you for it.

For those of you who are looking, searching or have found their perfect partner you will enjoy reading this.  Twin Flames are different from Soul Mates.  I am lucky enough to have finally joined with my “Twin Flame” but I still have one or two very special Soul Mates in my life whom I cherish very dearly and will love unconditionally forever.

Twin Flames

The final division of the soul that took place eons and eons ago could be likened to the separating of a magnet into two separate pieces. Each piece would be predominately one polarity or the other but a residual amount of its opposite essence would always be present within itself.

So it is with the divided twin (soul). The masculine half has always retained some of the original feminine energy that the soul first possessed while the feminine half still holds onto a part of the masculine essence it once was united with. Since that time we have roamed around in this incomplete state of being experiencing life after life and relationship after relationship until we decide we’ve had enough and want something more fulfilling. In order for that to happen each twin must first achieve a balance of masculine and feminine essence within themselves and bring that balanced energy to each other to complete the whole.

Ultimately, each and every one of us will reach a point when a very serious choice and commitment is made… to begin the process of growing and evolving on a spiritual level. As that happens we will rediscover our true spiritual nature and go through an inner transformation that is so profound it will affect the deepest part of our being. At that moment the soul begins to crave completion with its Source in a way that is difficult to describe unless one has experienced it. Part of this craving will be satisfied by reunion with our twin.

The twin-soul concept is not new. Plato described it 2,500 years ago. Here is an excerpt:

” … and when one of them meets the other half, the actual half of himself, the pair are lost in an amazement of love and friendship and intimacy and one will not be out of the other’s sight even for a moment…

When each of us separated into our male and female halves long ago, the soul knew (and still knows) that the rejoining of its incomplete self would inevitably take place… it was part of the divine plan. After that agonizing and painful division took place a deep seated yearning for oneness began to linger within each of us and the desire for reunion and completeness has endured over the ages. Only one other in all the universe can satisfy it. As a result, we are constantly searching for our twin. But the desire for completion doesn’t stop there… and the soul also realizes this. What the soul really wants is not only reunion with itself but the original feeling of oneness it had with its Source in the very beginning. This craving for the “First Intimacy” will not stop until it is fully satisfied. We have as long as we want to make it happen… but it will happen.

“Out of the original unity of being there is a fragmentation and dispersal of beings, the last stage being the splitting of one soul into two. And consequently, love is the search by each half for the other half on earth or in heaven…

As twin souls are so alike to begin with, it seems necessary for them to go their separate ways before they can complete each other. Identity and complementarily are the two driving forces and axes of love… For the complete being there must be a blending of the two.”

If two twins are to reunite and then have a meaningful partnership both have to be spiritually ready for it. At that point the Universe will create the special forces necessary to bring them together for another moment in time. However, the search for the other must always begin as a search within each of the twins themselves first before lasting reunion is possible. Each has to discover his or her own individual spiritual nature and potential… and then do their best to live it on a daily basis.

There are no dependencies in a twin soul relationship because the “sense of self” has been developed quite well within each of the partners. To reach that point, a certain degree of internal balance and happiness must first be nurtured and achieved. Then, during reunion, the essence of one simply flows into the essence of the other to create the completeness. There is no effort involved.

It is also impossible for twin souls to remain separated on any kind of permanent basis. When in relationship, they will continue to have conflicts. However, they will be driven to resolve these conflicts (and any past karma) as quickly as possible. Nothing is left unsaid. Nothing is left to chance. Assumptions never enter their minds. All is out in the open. Neither sits, pouts and wonders who will make the first move at “making up.” There are no games. There is no pretending. There is no deception. There is no fear of reprisal because unconditional love is the foundation upon which their relationship has been built. In essence, they can just be themselves. And as each conflict resolves, the bond of love between them takes on renewed meaning and strength. What incredible freedom! Such is the nature of this very divine and profound union.

How will you know you have met your twin? Here are some of the experiences given by others who have met their twin.

• You still have karma with your twin (from previous lives) but the two of you resolve it all with total forgiveness and unconditional love
• Neither one of you are dependent on the other for your sense of self
• There is a real feeling of unlimitedness to your feelings… you have a strong sense of eternity
• Your feelings for each other are very spiritual
• There are no restrictions within the relationship… all is freedom without the need for ownership or control
• The two of you know without doubt that you have been brought together for a reason
• You do not compete with one another nor do you pretend to be other than who you are
• In spite of your sameness there is no doubt you feel a sense of completion through the other
• Trust, patience, acceptance of each other’s weaknesses happen automatically
• There is a great sense of purpose and meaning to the relationship
• Your sexuality with one another is a sacred act that celebrates the unconditional love you have for one another
• When you look into the other’s eyes you see yourself
• You experience a sense of completeness that is without comparison

There is no doubt that some of the experiences described above are also common to soul mate relationships. What really sets the twin soul union apart from all the rest is the profound degree of completeness experienced and the overwhelming sense of spirituality unique to them. Twins want to serve humanity in some meaningful way. There is also a very sacred sense of intimacy and feeling of divinely inspired wholeness that one finds within a twin soul relationship. It is not by accident nor is it without purpose.

Halloween/Samhain was spent in Poole High Street giving out flyers, offering free Lenormand Readings and providing free Chakra Balancing and Healing to the public.  We had so much fun that we will be going to Bournemouth High Street in the coming weeks and doing it all again – and of course dressing up again in Renaissance clothes, just to add a little extra fun and get noticed.

I met some wonderful people on Saturday and I thank all those that came forward and got to know me a little better.  The support and interest was overwhelming.  I really look forward to seeing you again.

Ok.. so it has taken me a few weeks to get back on my feet finding somewhere suitable to live etc.  and now I am settled there is no stopping me.  So many fantastic opportunities have presented themselves in the last few weeks that I am excited and proud to announce the launch of my new business.  I will be offering my healing and readings completely full time from November 2009.

To celebrate the launch I will be dressing up on Halloween and will be in the middle of Poole High Street giving out free Oracle readings, free Chakra balance tests and not forgetting giving out hundreds of half price vouchers for healing!!!

More exciting news is that from January 2010 I plan to also start teaching and providing healing courses in Kundelini Reiki and also Shamanic Healing…. and not forgetting planning some esoteric workshops in the local area too!!!

My life couldn’t be more perfect right now – the best piece of advice I could ever give to anyone out there is listen to your instincts and follow your heart..  It might be tough sometimes but I guarantee, if you remain true to yourself it will all come right in the end.

I am temporarily staying in an empty old mansion in Southampton, it’s full of huge black spiders and it is in the middle of nowhere – but it’s absolutely beautiful.  Sadly I can’t stay here for very long so I found a small house in Poole, which I have already paid a deposit to secure it.  I just have to wait until all the reference checks come back and if all goes to plan I should be moving in there in about a week.

I am now set up for healing and spell work, however, I cannot send out spell kits at the moment as many things are still packed and in storage for the next couple of weeks, my spell kit organza bags and envelopes are buried in a box somewhere, for example.

Despite only being back a week, I have had two job offers and have already done an interview for a well known magazine!  It’s all go and it’s all good.

Just to update everyone that I will be moving to the UK mid August instead of October.  Things have been moving along faster than anticipated and everything is going to plan!

I am not sure how long I will be offline for after the move but please bear with me and I will reply to all emails or orders as soon as I can.

If push comes to shove I will find an internet cafe … I’ll be back soon!
