The skull collector .. yes that’s me! Guilty!

Having a dog is a wonderful asset when rambling through the thick forests here in Germany. Mainly because he scares away any wild boar that is rife in this area (and could be dangerous).

On my travels in the last week I have found some wonderful natural skulls in the local forests … I was actually looking for some deer antler but they don’t shed them at this time of year and any that were shed last Spring have probably been nibbled and eaten away by mice (as it contains lots of good stuff in them).

The boar skull I found isn’t fully deteriorated (the greasy marrow is still coming through the bone) and it has a real overwhelming stench to it *gag* .. but next week I plan to clean it up with some boiling water and cleaning agents. I was actually shocked at the size of this thing - I knew boars were big but I honestly didn’t think they were quite that big. It has put another perspective on the way I roam freely through the forest now, I can tell you.

I also found a boar tusk - which is the length of my whole hand and a small fox skull.

I went out again early this morning with Nico looking for more little treasures and he picked up a scent and was having fun that I just followed without thinking. Stupid me! Suddenly I heard what I can only describe as a donkey with a sore throat right behind me. I knew this was a boar and I ran as fast as I could at the nearest clearing towards home I could scramble to; dog in tow, thinking what a great game this is.

I didn’t even look back, I just ran like hell. I think I should give the forest a rest from my presence for a while and stick to the main walkways and paths. Phew .. the thought of having one of tusks or teeth in my backside is way too much to handle!

Even though I never go out partying for “Halloween” I do enjoy to wear one of my renaissance gowns and settle down with a good bottle of red and break bread with my ancestors.  

My husband claimed that I looked like a Wiccan High Priestess!!!! … Hey, why not call me a nun too!!!! …. which brings me to my question .. would anyone like to buy a toad with size 9 feet?  Anyone? …

So here is my baby Nico … He is now almost 6 months old and already the size of a house.  He is such a beautiful and wonderful dog. I couldn’t have asked to be more lucky.  A few people had asked me for an update on Nico, so here it is

For the last few weeks I have been travelling hundreds of miles in round trips to the dog breeders, bonding with my puppy.  I went to see the newly born litter when they were just 3 weeks old and one little guy stood out from the rest.  He was the biggest of the lot but more reserved than the rest of the litter (which I LOVE in a dog - nothing worse than a yappy, licky, nippy dog).  However, he came to know me and stuck by me the whole time I visited!

Weeks went by and the nearer it got to the 8th week the more excited I became.  On the 4th July, I made my last trip to the breeders and picked up my little lad “Nico”.

He has settled in fantastically and is learning new things so quickly, it is such a joy.  I can’t remember the last time I was this happy

It is amazing how many come to me for healing for psychosomatic problems. However, the problem in attempting to “heal” for this is more difficult because there is, in most of these cases, no actual physical problem causing the symptom!

When I suggest to a client that the cause is a psychological problem rather than a physical, it is clear that most people do not understand the meaning of this and automatically assume that I am implying they have a mental affliction and can get quite defensive *note to myself to explain to those in full in future*.

Of course, this is not the case. Psychological symptoms manifest into REAL PHYSICAL symptoms but usually there is absolutely no underlying problem. In these cases I will always suggest hypnotherapy or even acupuncture. I have experienced both these alternative healing methods myself and both are very safe and very relaxing and the best thing is they really do work (please make sure you go to a qualified practitioner though!)

So … yes it is being controlled in your subconscious, no you are not crazy, yes you experience real physical pain, illness or reactions but no there is usually no underlying cause apart from your subconscious causing the symptoms in the first place.

Apart from emotional triggers such as stress and anxiety, which can lead to chest pains, psoriasis, eczema, stomach ulcers, high blood pressure, and even heart disease; psychosomatic symptoms can also appear after someone has had something “done”. For example, a piercing or maybe even a beauty treatment. These can also be major causes of experiencing real symptoms of an painful affliction, however the CAUSE of affliction itself is not actually physical.

When you undergo any type of adjustment to your body, your conscious mind usually accepts it but sometimes your subconscious doesn’t and this creates a blockage, which is deep rooted in your subconscious and needs to be addressed and worked on.

I touched on an example above with stomach ulcers, eczema or chest pains - these are usually caused by stress, which is an emotional upset. As soon as the stress is alleviated the symptoms usually disappear!

If you are open minded enough to seek holistic healing then open yourself up even more to other alternative therapies, which could help you further. Look into qualified hypnotherapists or acupuncturists in your local area. You have nothing to lose - just your affliction

I have just heard that next month (May 2008) in the UK all psychics, mediums and spiritualists will be classed as “Traders” even if they don’t charge a fee. To top it all, displaying a disclaimer that states our work is “for entertainment purposes only” is most likely not enough either.

I am greeting this new law with understanding but also anger. Anybody who has a “bad reading”, “inaccurate reading” or given information that does not come true could now sue their psychic under this new Law. 

Although I can appreciate that probably 80 percent of psychics out there are fakes and this is good way to weed out the rip offs, unfortunately, this is also concerning and affecting those of us who work honestly with our gifts.

We all know that readings and information are usually for the “here and now” and if the client stays on the path they are then what we predict will most likely happen .. however … most people do NOT stay on their path, which is WHY they come to you in the first place!!

We, who work with clients and give readings in any form know for a fact you don’t just give a reading, you provide advice and even life coaching to put them on the right path and to enhance their quality of life.

I am assuming this is also relevant for spellwork, craftwork and magick as well - if it isn’t yet, it soon will be. I have now had to add the disclaimer prominently on my website. This does not mean I have lost my faith in what I provide/see/believe, it means that I am protected, in case *Gods forbid*, that if I ever encounter a client who may not be 100 percent satisfied with what I say or do, cannot sue me under this new ruling.

I provide what I provide to help people. I never lead people into false beliefs or hopes and I am honest and true at all times of what I feel and what I believe to be sincere.

However, at the end of the day I am only human and I sincerely hope this law does not turn into a Millennium witch hunt!

This weekend was a different one for me. I came to get to know Lorelei and Luke on a personal level this year and I finally got around to meeting up with them on Saturday!

Lorelei & Luke are Germany’s best loved psychics. Luke is in comparison to our Gordon Smith, and Lorelei likened more to UK’s Psychic Sally Morgan (although Lorelei is more sincere and reads Oracle too). Both a warm and compassionate couple, I was intrigued to hear what they had to say about me…

Firstly Lorelei kindly helped my youngest son who is experiencing some difficulties in processing what he sees psychically. My youngest is only 7 years old but has been experiencing psychic activity since a toddler. This in turn makes him aggressive and his mood swings are extreme. I have to admit I have already noticed a positive difference in him!

Afterwards, I went and sat quietly in the room next door and Luke joined me first. He was able to see my Nan, which I was happy to know because I was under the impression my Nan was not around me anymore. The main reason I believed this is because I cannot hear or see her like I do with other spirits and mainly because she NEVER comes through on my Ouija board to speak to me, despite being invited.

Evidently my Nan does not come through the board because she is with me all the time, guiding me and continuously feeding me psychic information. She is also responsible for giving me information when I experience premonitions. As I can “hear” her this way and act accordingly there is no need for her to waste precious energy talking through the board. Makes sense doesn’t it!

Now this is where it gets confusing. I know for a fact I have two spirit guides around me. Usually spirit guides come into your life when you face a particular challenge and it isn’t always the same guide that remains with you, also it isn’t usually someone related to you either. I have had the same male guide since I was very young and over the last few years noticed a female guide as well …. which, I just found out, is most likely my Nan. Another psychic told me I have a female “dark” witch with me, and it just didn’t click back then that it was my Nan at all but now I know it’s so obvious!

Luke opened my eyes even further and took me another step closer to where I want to be and what I want to become. Lorelei joined me shortly afterwards and we had a chat about psychic phenomena. She is such a warm and caring person, it was like I had known her all my life.

I cannot thank this wonderful, enlightened couple enough! As all mediums and psychics know, we can help and guide other people but cannot see our own way so easily. According to Luke I am very far on my spiritual journey and I feel I am even further after this weekend!

This post is more of a message than an article.  On a daily basis I must recieve anywhere between 5-10 requests from people asking about love spells.  Some I will take on board, but in all honesty, most I won’t.

I am choosy in what kind of “love spell” work I do for people because you must understand that when your life gets tough you can’t always crumble and think that someone else will come along, wave a magic wand and everything will be peachy.  We are ALL set challenges in this life, including myself, which are there to make us stronger.

I am more than happy to take on board work for couples who are still in a relationship or living under the same roof, this is different because the actual separation has not occurred yet and is more natural to connect the bond back you once had.  I am also more than happy to provide spells to make you appear more attractive and magnetic and entice a new lover or your old one back.  However, I will NEVER put a love spell on someone else.  The reason is because there is no guarantee that a love spell will last a lifetime.  Everyone is different and certain emotional triggers can break a love spell in seconds. 

This is an example of why love should happen naturally and from your loved ones OWN intention and emotion:

1) A love spell is cast on someone you fancy. 20 years later you have a family, house, security. One day your spouse wakes up and thinks “what the hell am I doing here, I don’t love this person” and they suddenly up and leave to fulfil their original destiny and fate.   But what if YOU wake up and realise you want out? What happens to the person under the spell? They will probably never be able to love again and will most likely need therapy for the rest of their lives.  Is that really what you want to risk?

2 *my way*) A love spell is cast on YOU. Your aura becomes a magnet and you glow with this inner shine and attraction.  The person you fancy will more often than not feel this vibe coming from you and they will NATURALLY fall in love with you.  Once they are attracted to you, they can learn to get to know you and love you truly from their heart, not based on a spell.

Mostly it is women wanting back their straying boyfriend or husband but in all honesty it is against my morals and ethics to put a love spell on a guy who has clearly made up his mind to be with someone else.  I AM able to help you through the emotional pain with meditation exercises and Shamanic healing and also improve your aura to make it more attractive, however, you will be attractive to many, not just the person you want back. 

Alternatively, depending on the email I receive, I might reply with a “kick up the bum” suggestion, which I feel you might benefit from in the form of a pep talk.  You probably won’t like what I say but if I feel a spell is not right for you at this time and I believe you have a chance to solve the issue yourself I will tell it to you straight.  If you are concerned by my reply then don’t contact me. I am honest, straight talking and won’t beat around the bush. If I think something should be said you can be sure I’ll say it.

Too many people tend to wallow in self pity and depression when relationships go wrong and sit at home waiting for the phone to ring and hope their loved ones suddenly appear back on their doorstep.  Unfortunately, too many women let themselves become dependant on their guys and they feel their world has crashed around them if their partners up and leave, especially when they are left with false hopes and empty promises.  I can fully understand and appreciate just how hard and upsetting this can be, however, instead of sitting there becoming inactive, you need to take control of the situation and become proactive. 

If you want your man back, then don’t just sit there and put up with being a doormat, get out and do something!  Pull out all the stops to get your loved one back (and sometimes you have to do things that will seem mean and will be hard to do) and only as a last resort THEN seek spells or universal intervention.  However, what usually happens is during this time, the hurt and sadness turns to anger, the anger then turns into action (NOT REVENGE!) and then usually your loved one will come running back or you will naturally heal and you can move on with your life.

At the end of the day, you don’t need to take crap from anyone. If you are unhappy then change your life - I have done it myself on more than one occasion and maybe the grass isn’t always greener on the other side, but how do you know if you don’t even give it a go?  You might not be able to jump back, but you can certainly keep moving forward :) 

Life is for living. Look after yourself because we are all born an individual, don’t lose your identity and forget who you are. We are all beautiful people and life is to be enjoyed to the fullest.

We all have them and I’m not talking about Guilt Trips. I’m talking about those friends who pull the “Guilt Trip Trick” to manipulate you into doing what they want.  You could even sling them in the same barrel as Psychic Vampires.  These people are lovely most of the time but for some reason they have underlying ulterior motives and seem to feed off your energy.  The truly sad part about it, is that many of these vampiric people have no idea what they are doing!

You end up telling them your deepest, darkest secrets but despite you giving them your all they suddenly turn on you.  Without a clue as to what is wrong, they make you feel so guilty and bad that you do your utmost to patch things up, even when they do things that hurt you, you ignore it .. but hey, woe betide if you EVER happen to do anything that might upset them!  The cycle continues and each time they hit you with that curve ball, not only does it take you by surprise it actually hurts you deep emotionally but you always end up forgiving them because they are a ” really nice” person and they “didn’t mean it”.

Why do we do it? Why do we stand for these kinds of friends?  I am going through a phase at the moment in which I have become psychically detached for a short while.  The presence of Retrograde Mercury has helped me tenfold in actually being able to listen to myself and my own life more - I honestly cannot remember the last time I felt so grounded and I hope you can also feel this energy! 

I have heard so many stories over the years of people giving away things they treasure to friends but not knowing why, or deep secrets that were told in confidence that were later made so public the individual actually lost their job, or a friend who needed a place to stay but ended up taking over the whole home for months on end and even leaving all their dirty washing up … or the most common story as I am sure most of us have experienced - lending money and never getting it back!   We have to act upon this display of arrogance and lack of respect and cut our ties with these vampiric people. They are no good for our souls nor our well being.

As we go through life we meet up with people for various reasons, some friendships come and go in a flash but you probably needed each other at that time, other friendships last a lifetime… some you might think will last forever just either fizzle out or come to an end for whatever reason.

Don’t be dragged down by others feeding off your emotions. Don’t be manipulated into thinking you are the bad guy and don’t for one second believe the psycho-babble that a lot of these so-called friends do to keep you on their “good” side.  A perfect tell tale sign is after you have said your goodbyes, you will most likely get a ton of abuse or a long sob story (both manipulative). 

Sometimes it’s simply a part of growth, you have to be able to recognise psychic vampires and learn to let them go, cut them out your life so they can no longer feed off you. It’s all too easy for us to keep things the way they are as it is “comfortable” and “less hassle” or perhaps you are manipulated into feeling sorry for them, or even bribed in some way?  Whatever the reason, eventually you must take action to free yourself from these people. If you take no action they will just continue to feed from you and not only can your energy deplete, your health could even suffer.

Taking action can seem hard and sometimes hurtful, however, remember the old saying you can’t make a cake without breaking eggs. Similar thing in clearing yourself of Psychic Vampires, it’s being pro active and doing something for your own highest good - you don’t need to sit there and take it, you don’t need to feel guilty either, these manipulative people are no better than you, so don’t give them any reason to believe they are.

Move onwards and upwards!
