One can sense, one can draw to, one can draw from,
one can send away, one can send to.

Energy is, energy changes, energy nourishes – and can destroy.
One can grow, one can age, one can stay, one can diminish.

Energy is, energy was and energy will be.
One can see, one can feel, one can perceive and one can remember.

Energy is all this and more or less,
we are energy and can be all this or more or less.

We are energy and we are limited only by what we are.
What we do is the first step toward what we can be.
